Typically lasting 90-120 minutes, your consultation will involve a deep exploration of your unique mind-body type. We'll assess your physical traits, along with your mental and emotional state, by considering factors such as your personality, interests, childhood experiences, and current stress levels. This holistic approach allows us to uncover your natural constitution (Dosha) and identify any imbalances, guiding us toward personalized recommendations for your well-being.

For those seeking deeper transformation, follow-up sessions provide ongoing guidance, adjustments to your plan, and encouragement as you build lasting habits.
Based on your Dosha and current concerns, you'll receive tailored guidance that may include dietary adjustments, daily routines, herbal support, and mindfulness practices. Each recommendation is designed to nurture balance, restore vitality, and align with your natural rhythms.
Together, we'll create a sustainable wellness plan that integrates Ayurvedic principles into your everyday life. You'll leave the session with practical steps to support your body, mind, and spirit.
